Instructor: Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT-500)
Location: Various studios throughout Northern Denver (or virtual sessions)

Join us for a nurturing and supportive journey through pregnancy with our six-week prenatal yoga series. Led by an experienced RN, this program is designed to enhance your well-being, promote relaxation, and prepare you for childbirth. Here’s what you can expect:
Holistic Approach: Our RN instructor combines her medical expertise with the wisdom of yoga to create a holistic experience. We focus on physical, mental, and emotional aspects of pregnancy.
Gentle Asanas: Each class includes gentle yoga poses (asanas) specifically tailored for pregnant bodies. We emphasize safe alignment, breath awareness, and relaxation techniques.
Breathing Practices: Learn effective breathing techniques to manage stress, enhance oxygen flow, and connect with your baby. These practices can be invaluable during labor and delivery.
Pelvic Floor Strengthening: Strengthen your pelvic floor muscles to support your growing baby and prepare for childbirth. Our RN provides guidance on safe exercises.
Community Support: Connect with other expectant parents in a supportive environment. Share experiences, ask questions, and build a sense of community.
Mindfulness and Relaxation: Cultivate mindfulness through guided meditation and relaxation practices. Reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and foster a positive mindset.
